What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Owner with:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Technology or similar.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in specifying, implementing and monitoring digital solutions.
• Experience in managing and defining requirements and delivering digital solutions to business users.
• Experience in implementing portfolio management processes.
• Experience in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Clickup, Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Experience in working with IT teams to discuss tool integrations, data flows and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in integrating PPM tools with ERP systems, Business Intelligence (BI) platforms such as DOMO, or other business solutions.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Proactive, analytical and autonomous.

What do we expect from you?

• Defining user stories, acceptance criteria and feature requirements.
• Generating reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborating with project managers, business leaders and teams to meet organizational needs.
• Evaluating, implementing and optimizing PPM tools, supporting features such as:
  • Project tracking and execution
  • Portfolio prioritization and alignment with business objectives -
  • Reporting
  • Integration with existing systems (ERP, BI tools, collaboration platforms)
  • Supporting discovery by conducting research, user interviews and analysis to ensure the right features are built or integrated.
  • Being able to implement simple workflows for prototyping and customer validation solutions.
  • Monitoring tool adoption and performance, identifying improvements, automation and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Planning change management and user training for digital adoption.
