What are we looking for?
We are looking for a C# Desktop System Developer with:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent);
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Software Developer, including 5 years with C#;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in WinForms development;
- Proficiency in third-party UI frameworks, async/multi-threaded programming and integration patterns (JSON, XML);
- Knowledge of object-oriented principles;
- Knowledge of API development (consumer and provider);
- Experience with Git version control and SQL Server (basic querying).
What do we expect from you?
- Design, develop, and maintain C# WinForms desktop applications using DevExpress;
- Participate in the full Agile software development lifecycle including: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives;
- Implement and maintain user interfaces and backend integrations;
- Create new and enhance existing interfaces (file-based and real-time);
- Conduct integration testing and technical coordination;
- Document code, features, and decisions;
- Conduct impact analysis and present solution options;
- Participate in daily meetings, workshops, and potential on-site events;
- Report sprint progress and outcomes both verbally and in writing;
- Use Azure DevOps for task tracking and version control.
