What are we looking for?

We are looking for a BackEnd Engineer with:

• More than 5 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar engineering role within a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficient in Kotlin for backend development.
• Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Ktor frameworks for building robust, scalable services.
• Solid hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, including optimization and schema design.
• Familiarity with REST API design principles, microservices architectures, and cloud-based services (preferably AWS).
• Comfortable working within an Agile development environment, embracing incremental delivery and continuous feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for debugging and performance tuning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences.
