What are we looking for?

We are looking for an SOC Engineer with:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience;
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role;
• Strong problem-solving capabilities;
• Proficiency in scripting and programming (Python or equivalent);
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in cybersecurity, particularly with SOC platforms;
• Experience in implementing and managing security platforms such as XDR/EDR, SIEM, and SOAR;
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills;
• Proactive, responsible, autonomous, and dynamic mindset;
• Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships.

What do we expect from you?

• Define a technological approach to address operational security challenges;
• Develop, deploy, and support security platforms and systems that underpin operations;
• Collaborate with the existing team to identify possible improvements in systems and implement solutions;
• Conduct regular assessments of our systems to ensure proper integration and functionality;
• Contribute to the definition of the architecture for new security solutions;
• Stay up to date with trends and technological advancements relevant to the role;
• Record and document the work performed.
