What are we looking for?

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with:

• Graduate degree in computer science, security or network;
• More than 3 years of experience on a similar role;
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools and processes;
• Experience with Docker and Docker-Swarm (Kubernetes, Ansible is a plus);
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms;
• Experience with infrastructure automation with tools, e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation;
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools, like Prometheus and Grafana;
• Experience installing and configuring SQL databases, one of the PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQLServer;
• Experience installing and configuring NoSQL databases like MongoDB and/or ElasticSearch;
• Experience installing and configuring NGINX as a webserver and gateway;
• Scripting skills (Python, Perl, Bash, Powershell or others);
• DevOps mind set;
• Relentless willing to learn;
• Proactive with good organization skills;
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and multicultural environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English;
• Team player and committed to company success;

• Automate until the task is performed with one click;
• Improve our infrastructure on a continuous basis for the ease of software deployment, scalability, reliability, security, and fault tolerance;
• Collaborate on improving technical and user support documentation;
• Provide technical coaching to junior team members;
• Contribute continuously to improve development processes, teamwork routines and dependencies with other areas;
