What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with:

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (MSc/PhD in Data Science is a plus);
• Experience in project and team management;
• More than 4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or a similar role;
• Proven knowledge and experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and text dataset curation;
• Hands-on experience in coding for real-world data analytics applications;
• Experience in NLP tasks, such as Text Classification, NER, and Information Retrieval;
• Experience working with LLMs, OpenAI API (or equivalent), and RAG;
• Proficiency in Python and ML/DL packages (PyTorch, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas);
• Solid mathematical foundations and experience in statistical consultancy;
• Strong business sense with the ability to quickly understand use cases;
• Familiarity with data engineering, modeling, and business analysis;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

We Value:

• Experience with Cafe.
• Programming languages like Java, R and C++.
• Knowledge of cloud tools such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Experience with MLOPs practices.
